A Major Commitment In mid-December, Adult Swim revealed exciting news: Haha, You Clowns has been greenlit for a further two seasons. This gives showrunner Joe Cappa a massive runway to develop the world of the Campbell family. The show centers on three polite teenage brothers whose central trait is their deep love for their widowed father, with Cappa portraying for all four key characters. "I am incredibly thankful to the viewers of the show who took a chance on the show and helped it grow," said Cappa. "I am overjoyed that I get to spend more time in the Campbell household for a little longer." Network Praise Accompanying the news praise from Adult Swim president Michael Ouweleen, who described the series as "radically heartfelt and uniquely eerie." He thanked the fans who embraced the show and advocated for its peculiarly charming appeal. "All of you showed up for this new show, championed for it on social media, and grew it week over week so we could greenlight not one, but two more seasons," noted Ouweleen. I feel like we've been doing this for 10 years, and we need to laugh at something different now.
